2025 Holiday Shipping and Pickup Information

2025 Holiday Shipping info:

Postal Orders:

We're shipping via Canada Post and Purolator. Orders will typically go out next business day, but if we get the order before noon there's a good chance it will go out that day. 

We ship from Hamilton, Ontario. We're seeing deliveries arriving within 1 business day for urban locations in Southern Ontario. Delivery out of province can take several days. 

Local Pickup (Hamilton):

STORE Pottery & Books at 129 James North in Hamilton is our local pickup location. They're open every day until December 24th at 4pm. We'll typically have pickup orders available next day. If you need something by a certain date let us know and we'll do our best!

They also carry a good selection of our local maps and other prints if you would like to browse and purchase in person. Contact us ahead of time if you're looking for something specific, or just place the order here on our site.

Retail Partners:

We have retail partners in Hamilton (Downtown, Westdale, Dundas), Burlington, Toronto and London. Each carries a limited selection of our work according to their location. You can find more information about our retail partners here.  Note, only STORE Pottery & Books in downtown Hamilton is set up to act as a pickup location for orders placed on our site.
